This page explains the handling of information submitted through nevosoft.net.
Information we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the details you provide, technical request metadata such as user agent, and a one-way hash derived from the requesting IP address for abuse prevention. We do not intentionally store the raw IP address in the contact record.
How we use information
We use inquiry data to review and respond to your request, maintain a communication thread, prevent abuse, and improve service operations. Prepared responses are reviewed by an administrator before sending.
Service providers
The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Contact notifications may be sent to a private Discord channel configured by Nevosoft. These systems process data only as needed to provide the service.
Retention and choices
Inquiry records are retained for legitimate business and security purposes and may be archived or deleted when no longer needed. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@nevosoft.net.
Security
We use access controls, anti-spam verification, rate limiting, and encrypted transport. No system is risk-free, but we apply safeguards appropriate to the data and purpose.
